Holiday Inn Express - Antofagasta By Ihg

The room was spacious and super comfortable with a lovely ocean view, and I really enjoyed working out in the well-equipped gym. Relaxing by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi was a nice way to unwind after a long day. The breakfast selection could be better, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience. 🌊

attention of a young man at the reception, made me look bad when I arrived around 10:30 or 11:We asked a guard if we could have a coffee and he said yes, they were free for the passengers of the hotel. We went to get a coffee and guy looked at me so ugly that he intimidated me and I didn't get anything. Then the rooms that we had reserved only gave me a matrimonial one and they told us that we had made a mistake in making the reservation that that room was the one we had taken. Well. what we took were 2 rooms, matrimonial one and another one for the children (13 and 20 years old), room did not have a refrigerator. so the drinks were lost and then the cold chain was lost to be a renowned hotel and located in a hot region,

Freshly prepared breakfast - a lot of meals. Location very close to the restaurant, The Observatory located on Cerro Paranal and Antofagasta. Generally good service with parking on site.

The room had amazing views that were perfect! We really needed the climate control, multi-channel TV, and the writing desk - they were super handy. 🌟

The staff at Holiday Inn Express was friendly and cute. They made sure all my needs were met and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and local restaurants. The lobby was a great place for meetings and the poolside area was perfect for relaxation. I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express.

Our company (up to 8 people) is staying in the hotel every week therefor some parts are quite unnerving: - Sometimes no late check-out despite of request: being thrown out of the room on short notice - Check-out sometimes takes 20 minutes - Wifi connection in the corner rooms is bad

Great location! You can easily walk to Paseo del Mar Boardwalk. And, just so you know, the airport is about 19 miles away. the staff here really cares and goes the extra mile. the room I stayed in was big and had super comfy beds. Plus, having a microwave was a nice touch. everything was top-notch! 🔥

Great view from room and amenities like cable TV and free wifi. The breakfast had good variety and quality. The hotel's location was also convenient for sightseeing.

The room size was a bit small for the price and did not have a mini-fridge. , we faced issues with the water supply and had to call the front desk twice during our stay.

This hotel is located right on the beachfront in the middle of a desert, providing stunning views of the sea and surrounding desert landscape. The rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and the staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast with a few options. The pool and jacuzzi facilities are available to guests, despite a few complaints about crowding.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel on the coast of Antofagasta and were pleasantly surprised. the hotel had a gym with machines and a small pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. We also enjoyed the included breakfast with hot and cold options. the location was perfect, within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive from the city center.

We did notice that some of the hotel's amenities seemed neglected and in need of maintenance. the laundry facilities were outdated, and the pool could have been cleaner.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, right across the beach, was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the convenience of having a variety of shops and commercial services nearby. The room itself was impeccable, with top-notch amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the friendly service to the prompt room service, everything was simply outstanding.
